Now we are looking for Studio Operations Manager in Oslo, Norway!

Your Mission in Funcom

As a part of the team in Oslo, you will play a key role in enabling the Studio to grow sustainably to support our projects. You will report to the Head of Studio, and partner closely with Producers, HR, Finance and IT to build a great place to work in Norway.

Additionally, you will manage internal tools, purchases and reports, to align with the global Operations and Finance team and ensure that budgets and financial guidelines are respected.

How you can have an impact in your position:

You would have a significant impact on making sure the studio runs smoothly by creating optimal working conditions for all employees. Your main mission is to make sure the studio and team members have all the supplies and tools needed, to ensure the facility management and that all local projects and events are efficiently implemented.

We are looking for someone that has:  

• Strong organizational skills
• Get things done mindset
• Attention to detail and respect for the schedule

• Experience in office management
• Experience with Norwegian work authorities and regulations (NAV, Altinn, Arbeidsrett, Skatteetaten)
• Approachable and eager to help your colleagues

• Passion for computer games and tech
• Positive and inspiring attitude
• Ability to help the whole team make awesome games
• Experience with procurement processes
