Customer Service Representative Live Products 2015-07-15 Durham

Funcom is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Durham, NC office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will provide support for Funcom’s products in the form of email, live chat, and in-game support.

 

Requirements for the position: 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer support policies, techniques, and procedures
  • Highly organized
  • Good people-skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work evening shift hours

 

Preferred knowledge:

  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for MMORPGs
  • Knowledge of working in global thinking environment
  • Two or more years customer support experience

 

This position is full time and salary will be discussed during the interview process.
